Disclaimer
Due to recent circumstances, I feel it necessary to
place this disclaimer. This contest is essentially an elaborate joke. It started much like the Roadkill Scavenger
Hunt. I was bored one afternoon last
semester, and got lost in thinking silly thoughts. I find dating games and their like
funny. Eventually, in my thinking, I
came up with something I thought was outright outlandish. So I made up a few rules and put the thing
in my profile. It was a joke. The quote at the bottom of the main page
was added at the end, to make it ambiguous.
I had a big laugh over the “entries,” but didn’t get any dates. That was OK, because the purpose was
laughs, and I did get those. After my boyfriend and I had broken up at the very
beginning of March, something (I don’t remember what) made me think of the
contest. I thought it would be funny
to turn it into some huge, elaborate, overdone thing. So here it is. If I do get a few dates out of it, all the
more fun, but that’s secondary. |
